Whether you want to totally kill at a sport or want to get rid of your chronic low back pain – strength is where you need to start. We focus on creating on strong body with good movement patterns so you can dominate physically.

Be stronger mentally

Develop skills and behaviours that will help you become more confident, help you maintain healthy bodyweight, and help you live with better quality of life and sense of well-being and powerfulness.  Strong bodies deserve strong minds, because we are people not just bodies.

Be an “anti-dieter”

If you’re tired of being in a cyclical pattern of losing weight and gaining it back through restrictive dieting and extreme exercise patterns, we’re gonna work on implmenting dietary and behavioural patterns you  can maintain for life. We’re gonna stop dieting and become anti-dieters so you can listen to your body to maintain and reach a healthy bodyweight and have a healthy relationship with food and exercise.
