If you’re tired of being in a cyclical pattern of losing weight and gaining it back through restrictive dieting and extreme exercise patterns, we’re gonna work on implmenting dietary and behavioural patterns you  can maintain for life. We’re gonna stop dieting so you can listen to your body and develop a healthy balance relationship with food through intuitive eating.
