A1) One-Arm Swing(R)
A2) High Pull(R)
A3) Snatch(R)
A4) One-Arm Swing(L)
A5) High Pull(L)
A6) Snatch(L)
Rep Scheme: 5,4,3,2,1
3 Rounds. Perform the ladder as quickly as possible. Rest as necessary between rounds.
